Foundations of the Gateways Hebrew Decoding Program
The Gateways Hebrew Program provides a multisensory, accessible framework for learning to decode Hebrew, specifically tailored to support students with diverse learning styles and abilities. By integrating visual mnemonics and tricks, the program bridges the gap between seeing a letter and producing its sound, making the language more intuitive for all learners. Through this course, you will gain proficiency in this methodology that covers fundamental strategies for implementation. By participating in this training, educators will become certified to use this program, empowering them to create inclusive environments where every student can successfully master Hebrew decoding.
To help you successfully transition into the classroom, we want to make sure you have a clear sense of the roadmap ahead. Throughout this course, you will be introduced to the Gateways Hebrew Decoding program materials, which are the core tools needed to implement the program in your own educational setting. Please note that in order to fully implement the Gateways Hebrew program, educators are expected to purchase the appropriate program materials from Gateways. These materials, along with additional supports, are available directly through Gateways.
